Mudding and Farming

Instead of sliding in snow or on ice we are sliding in mud. I wiped out twice tonight taking care of the animals. Lambing is underway for this year. A fun fact is Tunis lambs are double coated so when they are born they are all red. As they grow the wool turns into the soft white shade seen in many of our pictures. Of course, we would love to have some more ewes from the brood ewes and yearling ewes yet to bless us with their little red bundles of wool.

We are exploring more shows to possibly attend to get the show string ready for the season sooner rather than later.
